Overview: The Precision Hire Solution is seeking dedicated administrative personnel for the Communication and Documentation Section within the Government Support and Legal Services Directorate. This role is pivotal in managing reception duties and communication, ensuring exceptional service delivery that enhances customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all processes related to reception and coordination tasks, including daily work organization.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and transferring calls as necessary.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback, or liaise with relevant team members for resolution.
  • Receive, document, and track correspondence directed to the reception.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as directed by the Line Manager.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Line Manager or the Directorate Director.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or a relevant Management qualification.
  • A minimum of 12 years' experience in customer service roles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team and manage workload efficiently.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, encompassing reading, writing, and speaking skills.
