- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in HR management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 35 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the retail or hypermarket industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
- Speaking Arabic is preferred and is an added advantage
The HR Manager for Hypermarket Business will play a crucial role in the success of the organization by ensuring the effective management of human resources.
