Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including travel arrangements, expense reporting, and preparing and keeping employee data and documents confidential.
- Employee Onboarding: Ensure the efficient operation of the office by providing administrative support, including filing, typing, copying, and scanning.
- Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, cars, and hotels.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Supply Management: Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Employee Benefits: Track employee benefits, including annual flights, school, etc.
- Recruitment Support: Support the recruitment team with IFRS assessments.
- Leave Management: Manage and track employees' leave and time-off.
- Expense Management: Manage expenses and petty cash in line with Associate Director, Human Resources and Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Qualifications: Worked in similar roles.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday work week.
- Work Timings: 8:20am to 5:30pm.
