Nathan HR Human Resources is seeking an experienced HR Support Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. As an HR Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes and employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including prescreening CVs and candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Recruitment Tracker Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
- Employee Records Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements by maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- HR Administrative Tasks: Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining HR databases.
- Employee Enquiries: Handle employee enquiries, including providing salary certificate letters, salary transfer letters, and experience letters.
- Onboarding Process: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training sessions.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a similar field.
- MS Office Expertise: Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of Employment Laws: Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
Location: Umm Ramool, Dubai
Work Timings: Monday to Friday | 8am to 5pm
