  • Monitor client account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
  • Maintain accounts receivable client files and records
  • Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
  • Resolves payment discrepancies and do the proper effort to collect it
  • Reviews collections report to ascertain collection status and evaluate effectives of current collection policies and procedures.
  • Reviews the aging report and do the proper effort to collect the due outstanding from clients, Agent and suppliers.
  • Review AR aging to ensure compliance
  • Reconcile A/R to the G/L
  • Maintain an accurate aging report
  • Prepare and maintain various reports (ageing report, customer statement reconciliations, expected cash collections)
  • Supervises and coordinates accounts receivable activities, prepares work schedules, assigns duties, and examines work for accuracy and conformance to policies.
  • Maintains financial recorders and ensures compliance with regulations and audit procedures.
