Key Responsibilities- Implement Efficient Tracking Systems: Develop and maintain a robust system to monitor Accounts Receivables, supporting the Senior Credit Manager in their activities.
- Align with Company Objectives: Gain a comprehensive understanding of Accor's goals in managing Accounts Receivables effectively.
- Prepare Ageing Reports: Compile and present the ageing report as required by various stakeholders in the Accounting and Control Division for monthly reporting purposes.
- Support Sales and Department Heads: Provide essential information to the Sales Team and Heads of Departments to assist them in managing customer relationships.
- Ensure Reconciliation: Verify that all transfers to the City Ledger through Income Audit, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger are consistent with the control account.
- Maintain Accuracy: Ensure the precision of all charges and credits applied to individual accounts, ensuring group billings are complete as per contractual agreements.
- Prepare Adjustments: Compile necessary supporting documents and submit all City Ledger Adjustments to the Financial Controller for review and approval prior to posting by the Front Office Duty Manager.
