- Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and merchandise displays to optimize sales and maximize profitability.
- Train, supervise, and motivate showroom staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate promotional events and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager, preferably in the electronics industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Knowledge of electronics products and market trends.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make datadriven decisions.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
