Requirements- A minimum of 7-10 years working experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in automotive car sales with a proven record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
