We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Showroom Manager specializing in Sanitary Ware and Building Materials to lead our dynamic team at Al Sahoo Trading Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers when needed.
    • Oversee product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our sanitary ware and building materials.
  • Showroom Operations:
    • Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized showroom layout.
    • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure adequate stock for display.
    • Implement strategies to optimize the showroom layout for maximum customer engagement.
    • Set and monitor sales targets, working closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed goals.
    • Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to drive showroom traffic.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on showroom performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback.
    • Analyze trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior managerial role within the sanitary ware and building materials industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of sanitary ware products, building materials, and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a showroom and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (added advantage).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office and sales databases.
