We are currently seeking for Female Receptionist cum Business Center In Charge, who will be responsible to ensure the customer service, satisfaction and retention by dealing with their request, providing on time update of their request and taking appropriate steps on their concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all the requirements of Business Centers
- Daily monitoring of the business center, pantry and the common areas.
- Greeting clients and their guests in a professional manner and by name when possible
- Scheduling client meeting room requests. And ensuring up keeping of the business center and conference room bookings
- Developing a good understanding of the client's business in order to provide a high level of service by matching prospective client needs with our Business Center services.
- Making new client introductions within the location.
- Ensuring cleanliness and overall maintenance of the Business Centers including pest control, repairing of lights, AC units, Bathroom fittings, Pantry, Flooring, Aquarium, Phone etc.
- Ensuring the BC office set up prior to client occupancy/Handover with all required facilitators and supervising the due handover of office premises and accessories in the event of vacation of office
- Ensuring the couriers, post, fax mails, etc. are handled properly in the reception
- Ensure the stock of all stationery requirement and place order if required.
- Snack Box in Reception Area
- Prepare the item list, Place order and coordinate for purchase.
- Setting good behaviors and leading by example
- Maintaining productivity and standards
- Act as an only point of contact for all the activities in the business center
- Quality Control /cold calling based on targets.
- Prepare Business Contracts and coordinating with Vendor for Business Centre Requirement.

Salary:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month
