Job Purpose

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team at Illuminations Well Being Center. As a Sales and Receptionist Administrator, you will play a crucial role in driving top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales and Marketing: Present, promote, and sell our products and services to existing and prospective customers, using solid arguments to drive sales and revenue growth.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Lead Generation: Reach out to customer leads through various lead generation activities, including cold calling, email marketing, and other initiatives.
  4. Sales Targets: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timelines.
  5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Administrative Tasks: Manage appointment bookings, rebooking, room allocation, and updating appointment calendars, as well as assist with inventory management and ordering.
  7. Event Planning: Assist in planning and setting up workshops and events held at the center.
  8. Transaction Management: Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and completed by day end.
  9. Housekeeping Management: Manage housekeeping staff to ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the center.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • High level of professionalism and reliability.
  • Flexibility with working hours.
