Manage a workforce of 200+ staff

  • Implement a software for all HR related needs finalization, golive and support.
  • General management all aspects of the employment process from hiring to onboarding.
  • Update HR policies in line with Company needs.
  • Manage activities related to employees' personal files and correspondence.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing.
  • Up to date with the local labor laws, visa rules, process and regulations in a way to support the Company PRO.
  • Support / negotiate with medical insurance companies, workmen's compensation, staff accommodations at times of renewal.
  • Liaise with insurance company as support to staff whenever necessary in a professional manner.
  • Address staff grievances and redressal
  • Calculate End of Services, carefully taking any loans, advances in consideration.
  • Introduce team building and engagement activities to support staff interaction and motivation.
  • Good MS Office skills, specifically MS Excel
  • Good Communication Skills

Salary:
AED8, AED10,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Language:

  • English fluently. (preferred)
