You will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of the employees, oversee training and development programs that prioritise soft skills and customer service, and maintain the luxury brand reputation.

This will be working with new hires as well as currently serving staff members.

Responsibilities:


Prioritize training on soft skills alongside technical competencies, including customer service training, utilizing methods such as job analysis and performance evaluations.

Develop comprehensive training plans tailored to address organizational needs across all areas, with a specific focus on customer service excellence.

Implement innovative training methods specific to the retail industry to enhance both technical and soft skill development, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Conduct effective induction sessions, workshops, and Boot Camps to ensure smooth onboarding, emphasizing the importance of customer-centric practices.

Experience required:
3+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a luxury brand or retail environment.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning software.

Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Passion for luxury products and craftsmanship.
