Regional Training Manager Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Communicate corporate, regional, division, and department business goals, targets, and objectives to team members, ensuring they understand their contribution to overall success.

* Maintain strategic focus on providing quality training to internal and external customers.

* Build and strengthen relationships with customers within the region.

* Provide leadership, direction, and support to produce solutions to challenges impacting performance and/or training quality.

* Liaise with NOV's Aftermarket global BPA processes.

* Collaborate with the Training Management team to plan, implement, and evaluate training programs relevant to internal and external customer and operational needs.

* Maintain regular contacts with other departments to stay informed about new projects and products, as well as training needs.

* Communicate with other departments to receive first-hand information on new projects and products.

* Assist NOV sales in providing necessary information to customer requests.

* Create and issue training proposals per customer request according to global Training price Policy.

**Requirements:**

* Ensure company policies and procedures are enforced and adhered to at all times.

* Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
