We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Solutions Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our major clients to drive sales, visibility, and business growth. Your primary focus will be on expanding existing customer relationships and generating new sales, while ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Setting and achieving plans, targets, and KPIs to optimize sales, visibility, and merchandising outcomes.
  • Cultivating trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major clients to foster continuous business growth.
  • Identifying opportunities for expanding relationships with existing customers by presenting tailored solutions aligned with their objectives.
  • Gaining an in-depth understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between key customers and internal teams.
  • Addressing and resolving customer issues and complaints to uphold trust and satisfaction.
  • Contributing to the acquisition of new sales, transforming them into enduring partnerships.
  • Compiling regular progress reports and forecasts utilizing key account metrics.
  • Managing Customer Development Agreements, negotiating contracts for new and existing customers.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a Software Solutions Key Account Manager.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and providing solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across various organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) in business administration, sales, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English language. Arabic speaking skills would be beneficial
