  • Conduct research and provide analysis to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences and events.
  • Manage and maintain files, records and databases.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, copying and faxing.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven work experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

Pay:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
