- Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Conduct research and provide analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences and events.
- Manage and maintain files, records and databases.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, copying and faxing.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team.
- Manage executive's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Provide administrative support to the executive team
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven work experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
