SQ was founded in 1984 by Bernie Potton, a former Analyst/Programmer and Project Manager who recognised through his own professional experiences, the need for a straightforward IT recruitment agency that understood and could cater for the needs of both the client and candidate.
SQ's staff possess an IT background or are "home grown" rather than originating from a "sales" background.
