CoreResponsibilities

  • Deliver customer value proposition for a portfolio of onlineretailers. Full accountability of endtoend account management ofecommerce retailers in MENA.
  • Develop implement andfollowup customer joint business plans that deliver againstbusiness targets.
  • Build and develop relationships with key customers. Activate themonthly priorities set by the marketing team while applying fullythe retailers activity calendar.
  • Negotiate annual tradeterms and plans within the set frames.
  • Support in buildingECommerce and Digital proficiencies across the organization. Makesure you stay up to date on the latest trends and industrystandards in ECommerce.
  • Collaborate will otherKey Account team members Trade Marketing and the Digital Team toshare knowledge.

Aphenomenal opportunity or a strong account manager who is lookingfor their next step in ecommerce. You will join the LEGO MEA B2BeCommerce Team in Dubai office. A small team collaborating acrosstwo different offices (Dubai Johannesburg) to develop the ecommercebusiness in the region. Within the ecommerce team you will workclosely with Retail Marketing Manager and the eMerchandiser to growand deliver the joint business plan of ecommerceplayers.

  • eCommerce experience is a must with strong commercial experience insales.
  • A consistentrecord of outstanding business results and high accountability.
  • Effective relationshipleadership skills with a collaborative approach to internal andexternal partners.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiationskills with experience in dealing with trade term contracts.
  • A balance of shorttermresults focus and long term strategic work.
  • Previous experienceworking in the Middle East and with Amazon
