**Responsibilities include**:

- Lead a team of eCommerce consultants and specialists within EAME (multiple location in Europe and Africa-Middle East) to achieve EAME eCommerce growth targets, in support of Services Growth Strategy, while working on the team’s development, career plans and Employee Experience and engagement.
- Define eCommerce EAME targets and develop, govern and drive execution of EAME Dealer eCommerce growth plans, in alignment with Services Growth Plans and in collaboration with business partners (District Offices, Industries, CatDigital).
- Drive appropriate engagement with various levels of stakeholders at Dealers and Caterpillar to ensure alignment on goals and plans.
- Deploy eCommerce Global Dealer Standards to enable key functionalities in EAME Dealer PCC eSites to improve Customer Experience and drive online channel adoption at customers.
- Understand the full suite of Dealer capabilities needed to grow eCommerce, provide consultation to dealers and consult on roadblocks, establish feedback loop with various stakeholders.
- Drive the usage of data analytics within the team to drive efficiency and continuous improvement in eCommerce growth plans and in the adoption and usage of eCommerce solutions at Dealers and customers.
- Build and manage training and communication internally to the Rep community and within the Dealers on eCommerce and Global Dealers Standards functionalities.
- Channel Voice of Dealers/Customers to business partners and keep up with new Digital and eCommerce trends in the Region

**Qualifications**:

- **Planning**:Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational, tactical and strategic planning in support of the overall business plan.
- **Stakeholder Management & Reporting**: Ability to create positive relationships with internal/external stakeholders, including influencing, building and maintaining the relationship with the relevant stakeholders through appropriate management of their expectations and agreed objectives.
- **Change Management**: ability to drive change to support transformation journey, managing and controlling the resistance to change across all the stakeholder groups.
- **Decision Making and Critical Thinking**: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- **Data Gathering and Reporting**:Knowledge of tools, techniques, and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Digital, Marketing or related discipline
- 10+ years of eCommerce experience, with successful track record of leading eCommerce growth and Digital deployment initiatives, especially in B2B industries (more of a strategic role)
- 3+ years of team lead experience, with successful track record of team development and coaching
- Project management experience demonstrated in prior 6 Sigma, Caterpillar Production Systems or Services Marketing projects as leader (green belt/black belt) or equivalent, including communication and change management planning
- Strong public presentation proficiency and ability to earn trust and credibility with senior dealer management teams
- Strong ability to adapt quickly to high velocity and change.
- Proficiency in **English **and another **European language **(French/Spanish/German) and/or **Arabic**
- Previous field-based assignments in distributor development
