**Responsibilities**:

- Uploading products in ecommerce website.
- Maintaining ecommerce website.
- Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.
- Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
- Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
- Create, Maintain, and expand our online presence on worldwide marketplaces like Amazon and Noon.
- Driving sales and traffic on the company website with effective conversion strategies.
- Online store setup, content creation, data analysis, marketing, usage of in-platform tools, order management, and fulfillment.
- amazon brand registry, FBA account management, stop unauthorized sellers, Accounts reconciliation, etc.
- Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
- Collaborate with eCommerce Partners to develop product ranges and work closely with the Brand team, Marketing team, and eCommerce team to ensure a successful Launch.
- Work to improve website traffic
- Research the market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance.
- Proactively use data, information systems and metrics around commercials, brand, and Shopper trends to increase profit, market share, and sales.
- Plan a marketing calendar in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition.
- Responsible for timely processing and responding to customers' requirements.
- Report on performance
- Experience in developing and overseeing E-commerce and CRM strategies.
- Drive e-commerce sales performance
- Collaborate with eCommerce Partners to develop product ranges and work closely with the Brand team, Marketing team, and eCommerce team to ensure a successful Launch
- Strong eCommerce Knowledge, highly analytical & familiar with Ecommerce Knowledge.
- Effectively track & report consumer data, insights, and learnings

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working as a Telesales/Ecommerce Executive.
- The ability to follow scripts.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
