Therole of Client Engagement Manager centers around the sale of IFZAlicenses and products and the building of solid relationships withProfessional Partners and Clients built on transparency and trust.Candidate is required to liaise with sales support operations teamfinance department and corporate trainers to ensure clients arefully informed of our products and services and the status of theirapplications. In addition this role requires to source and generatenew leads in order to meet salestargets.

Responsibilities:

  • Driveand monitor sales initiatives through Professional Partnersensuring sales targets are met orexceeded.
  • Cultivateand maintain robust relationships with Professional Partners andClients ensuring satisfaction across B2B partnersales
  • Respondproactively to client queries concerns and expectations especiallyin challengingsituations.
  • Spearheadbusiness development strategies to unlock new sales opportunitiesand forge professionalpartnerships.
  • Participateactively in CRM activities sales meetings and training sessions toenhance your salesprowess.
  • Collaborateseamlessly with internal teams such as marketing finance andoperations to keep stakeholdersinformed.
  • Travelto engage with new and existing partners and clients asneeded.

Requirements
  • Tertiaryqualification in related disciplines OR the equivalent industryexperience
  • Provenexperience in sales and clientengagement
  • Proventrack record of meeting and exceedingtargets
  • Experiencetracking relevantKPIs
  • FullEnglish proficiency isrequired
  • Additionalspoken languages are aplus
  • Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills and telephoneetiquette
  • Validdriver s license andcar
