Together, we're working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world's biggest health challenges.Position OverviewThe Commercial Excellence Senior Manager EEMEA for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for the Commercial Excellence in EEMEA, for our direct and indirect channels. In close collaboration with the Regional Commercial Directors, you will be responsible for driving commercial and business excellence by designing, implementing and improving our key commercial processes and systems supporting our customers. You will apply and implement efficient processes and action-oriented guidance to drive sales, increase our customer satisfaction and improve efficiency. This position is part of the EEMEA Commercial Team and will be remote.You will be a part of the EEMEA Leadership Team and report to the Vice President, Strategic Growth EEMEA. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to work with a great team —read on.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:Lead continuous improvement and drive commercial excellence of our key commercial strategic processes such as (Key) Account Management, Funnel management, Forecasting, Pricing, and Commercial Excellence across EEMEA. Ensure effective and standardized implementation of these processes across EEMEA.Identify key commercial excellence initiatives to improve commercial effectiveness.Contribute to EEMEA 3 Years Strategy decisions and play a critical role in designing and monitoring commercial approach and results.Set KPIs and performance management processes, deliver reliable and timely insights, assess regional sales effectiveness and productivity, identify drivers per data analytics, and develop recommendations for improvement.Aligned with HGM & global teams, set the standard for business analytics including forward-looking KPIs and sales daily management standard work.Supervise the governance and management of Commercial data used for reporting and sales control, responsible for ensuring commercial data hygiene (accuracy and completeness).Partnering with the HGM and global teams, develop framework, guiding principles, analytics, and reporting systems to enhance the sales process and pipeline management, while maximizing the usage of CRM / SFDC system to support account management, new business forecasts, etc.Essential RequirementsSolid experience in Commercial (sales/marketing) in a global healthcare-related environment.Excellent and proven analytical capabilities and financial acumen in complex environments.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships both inside and outside the organization – ability to work effectively in a matrix structure and be accountable for delivering business results.Positive, enthusiastic, result-driven with the ability to work independently and through effective lateral influencing to achieve desired outcomes.Strong problem-solving skills, exercise independent judgment in developing structured approach, drive to resolution.Ability to drive business success through managing customer needs, demonstrating consistent and impressive drive to bring change in support of growth and improved customer experience.Travel: Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.Join our winning team today.
