Facilities Officer

- Conduct periodical campusinspections of facilities in order to evaluate the needs formaintenance and/or repair and to ensure that classrooms, studyareas, staff areas and other facilities are constantly safe andfunctional; report findings and recommendations to LineManager.
- Conduct maintenance activities as perthe PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) in a timely and accuratemanner.
- Ensure electrical and mechanicalequipment in campus is properly maintained and repaired; notifythird party service providers of any required maintenance activityas and when needed.
- Maintain an accurate andup-to-date database of third party service providerstaff.
- Support with the monitoring of thirdparty providers’ work to ensure adherence to agreedstandards and quality and contractual agreements (e.g. MEP,cleaning, security, catering, etc.).
- Follow-upon cleaning and maintenance of lighting at the campus, incoordination with Central Services and third partyvendors.
- Coordinate with nurses to ensure allequipment is readily available in thecampus.
- Liaise with Health and Safety team toreport any issues with compliance of facilities with Health andSafety policies, procedures andprocesses.
- Coordinate the facilities’set up for all internal and external events at thecampus.
- Develop and maintain log with allemployee requests and complaints related to campusfacilities.
- Prepare various periodical and adhoc reports on facilities matters.
What you need to besuccessful
Qualifications
- Minimumof a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is requirede.g. Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or MechanicalEngineering.
- Full English proficiency isrequired.
- Advanced computer literacy isrequired e.g. MS Office,AutoCAD.
