Front Office Receptionist with Guest Relations

We are seeking a talented Front Office Receptionist with outstanding guest relations skills and expertise in the IBS system to join our team at a Hotel resort in RAK.
**Responsibilities**:
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay.
- Efficiently manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using the IBS system.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Maintain a polished and organized front desk area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
- Coordinate with various departments including housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge to fulfill guest needs and preferences.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
- Uphold the resort's policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.
- Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a positive and cohesive work environment.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Front Office Receptionist or similar role in a hotel or resort setting.
- Proficiency in the IBS system or similar property management software is essential.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is preferred.
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
