Job Description:

Member ofSchneider Electric Global Marketing MEA Leadership Team theCommunications Leader will be responsible for endtoend planning andof External and Internal communication activities for SchneiderElectric in MEA. This will be a people management role and willreport to Global Marketing VP MEA SchneiderElectric.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the GlobalMarketing VP for Schneider Electric MEA this role requires adynamic and proactive communications professional who is adept inunderstanding the Business Goals Strategic Priorities of theorganization to create a compelling communication narrative toposition the organization externally with Media Journalists MediaHouses Policy Makers External Media Agencies and internally withemployees and stakeholders.
  • End to Endresponsibility for both External and Internal Communicationscovering all Functions and Businesses.
  • Developa Compelling Communication Narrative & ExternalCommunications Calendar for Schneider Electric MEA (Company Wide)Functions (Marketing HR Finance & more) and for allStrategic Business Units.
  • Responsible forcreating a structure and plan for external and internalcommunication in the zone with clusters and oversees the.
  • Also responsible for leading the InternalCommunications mandate by planning and executing impactful internalcommunication campaigns targeted at 6000 employees of SchneiderElectric MEA. This includes leveraging all internal communicationchannels like Emailers Yammer videos and otherplatforms.
  • Accelerate Schneider Electricpositioning as a Tier 1 Energy Management & NextGenAutomation company with strong focus on Sustainability Software andServices.
  • Serve as a Trusted CommunicationsAdvisor to MEA Zone President MEA Global Marketing VP StrategicBusiness Unit Heads and Other Key FunctionalLeaders
  • Grow Brand Share of Voice with all TopC Level and Tier 1 Media.
  • Excellent StrategicContent Creation and ss by working closely with MEA Zone Presidentand Global Marketing VP in order to Accelerate Schneider Electricpositioning as a Global Leader in Energy Management &NextGen Automation.
  • Be responsible for drivingoverall results from the communication activities Grow Brand Shareof Voice Increased Brand Presence in C Level and Tier 1 Media Plan& Execute Strategic Events for Zone President GlobalMarketing VP and Other Leadership TeamMembers.
Qualifications:

Ss And Attributes forSuccess

  • Extensive experiencein managing both External and Internal Communications profile withTier 1 Companies working as a Head Public Relations/Head CorporateCommunications
  • Minimum 15 experience workingwith Top multinationals leading the Public Relations/Communicationsfunction.
  • B2B experience is strongly preferredfrom Industries like Industrials Energy Management Healthcare HVACAutomobiles Consulting Oil and Gas and Other IndustrialSectors
  • Strong people management and leadershipexperience of leading multidisciplinaryteams
  • Strong experience of working in a matrixorganization across various time zones
  • Proventrack record of Media Management working with Top Public RelationAgencies Media Houses Journalists and Policymakers.
  • Excellent Strategic Content developmentand ss. Journalism experience if any ispreferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal written andoral communication ss
  • Proven capability tosupport the business ambitions with highquality relevantaudiencecentric integrated communicationcampaigns.
  • Excellent project managementproblemsolving and delegation abilities ability to manage complexglobal processes and programs
  • Exceptionalattention to detail strong multitasking ss and ability tostrategize & execute within tighttimelines.
  • A selfmotivated teamplayer with anopen cando attitude with high levels ofenergy
  • Good Knowledge of Marketing Automationtools Adobe Marketo Salesforce Marketing Cloud Tableauetc.
  • Strong Competency in Microsoftapplications including Powerpoint Word Exceletc.
