Overviewof therole:
TheHR Data and Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring theaccuracy of HR data managing HR operations tracking budgetsgenerating insightful reports and supporting datadrivendecisionmaking within the Human Resources department. This positionrequires meticulous attention to detail strong analytical skillsand the ability to manage multiple taskseffectively
Whatyou willdo:
- Maintainaccurate employee data in the HRIS regularly auditing to correctdiscrepancies
- Develop and advise on TotalReward (TR) cases
- Ensure organizational chartsare accurate in systems and HR records
- Overseedaily HR operations including onboarding offboarding payrollbenefits and employee inquiries
- Collaborate onHR budgets monitor expenditures and manage BPCdata
- Generate and analyze HR reports andmetrics using data visualization fordecisionmaking
- Ensure compliance with laborlaws and assist in audits and compliancereviews
Reqired Skills to besuccessful:
MinimumExperience:
5 years of experience inAdministrative function of a large sized company with some exposureto HR and basic level supervisory skills essential to perform thejob effectively.
