JobSummary:
The HR Manager is responsible formanaging the human resources department ensuring the effectiveimplementation of HR policies and fostering a positive workenvironment. The role involves overseeing recruitment employeerelations performance management training and developmentcompliance with labor laws and strategic HR planning to supportbusinessgoals.

Responsibilities

  • Maintainsthe work structure by updating job requirements and jobdescriptions for all positions.
  • Maintainsorganization staff by establishing a recruiting testing andinterviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection;conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommendingchanges.
  • Ensures planning monitoring andappraisal of employee work results by training managers to coachand discipline employees; scheduling management conferences withemployees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselingemployees and supervisors.
  • Foster a positiveworkplace culture by addressing employee concerns and resolvingconflicts.
  • Implement employee engagementinitiatives to improve morale andproductivity.
  • Manage employee grievances anddisciplinary actions in accordance with companypolicies
  • Assess training needs and coordinateprofessional development programs.
  • Implementlearning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills andknowledge.
  • Monitor the effectiveness oftraining programs and make necessaryadjustments
  • Ensures legal compliance bymonitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal andstate requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records;representing the organization athearings.
  • Maintains management guidelines bypreparing updating and recommending human resource policies andprocedures.
  • Maintains human resource staff byrecruiting selecting orienting and trainingemployees.
  • Develop and implement HR strategiesaligned with the companys goals.
  • Participate inorganizational change initiatives and support leadership inmanaging change.
  • Maintains human resource staffjob results by counseling and disciplining employees; planningmonitoring and appraising job results.
  • Anyother activities assigned byED/CEO.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field(Masters degree preferred).
  • 5 years ofexperience in HR management or relatedroles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HRbest practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
  • Proven leadership andteam management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRsoftware and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability tohandle sensitive and confidential information withdiscretion.
  • Strategic thinking andproblemsolvingskills.
