- Job Description:
- **Key Responsibilities.**
Human Resources Management:
- Administer employee benefits programs and maintain accurate employee records. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Administrative Management:

- Supervise daily administrative operations, including office management, facility maintenance, and security.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office supplies, equipment, and maintenance services. Oversee the management of company records, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.
- Performance Management:

- Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and submit required reports to management and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in HR and administration.
- Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA
- or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR and administrative management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Skills:

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proven ability to manage administrative functions and facility operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
