Key jobresponsibilities

  • Managethe global brand health tracker end-to-end, from evolving thesurvey design to vendor management and synthesizing data trendsinto narrative-driven reports.
  • Deliverquarterly and ad hoc reports that track performance across keymetrics, surfacing notable trends and changes in brandhealth
  • Leverage first and third-party data tomeasure holistic brand impact of specific cross-channel activationswith target audiences
  • Drive ongoingsocialization of brand insights and partner with stakeholders(primarily across Marketing verticals) to distill findings intoopportunities for real-timeoptimization
  • Conduct meta-analyses to explorestrategic questions related to brand impact and the metrics thatmatter
  • Serve as the primary POC forstakeholders across the organization on brand health andmeasurement requests
  • Manage ongoingvendor/agency relationships, including reviewing deliverablereports with thoughtful, clear feedback
  • Partnerwith the data science team to create and manage dashboards andself-service tools for brand data

As the Amazon Music GlobalBrand Strategy & Insights team, we are responsible fordefining, implementing, and evolving our Global Brand Strategy, andleading Brand, Audience, Go-To-Market, and Customer Lifecycleresearch to inform data-driven, actionable recommendations. Weutilize both traditional approaches, as well as exploratory methodsto uncover opportunities, for both the near and long term. BasicQualifications

  • 6+ years of professionalnon-internship marketing experience
  • Experiencein marketing or marketing research
  • Experienceusing data and metrics to measure impact and determineimprovements
  • Experience communicating resultsto senior leadership
  • Experience with Excel orTableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivottables)
  • Exceptional writing skills, with theability to clearly communicating complex data in streamlinedsummaries & simple charts.

PreferredQualifications

  • Experience in audience segmentationand targeting
  • 8+ years professional noninternship marketing experience
  • Familiaritywith syndicated research tools such as Morning Consult BrandIntelligence
