Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain customeraccounts, including updating contact information and billingdetails. -
  • Generate and process invoices for avariety of services and products. -
  • Review andreconcile billing discrepancies, working with internal teams andcustomers to resolve any issues. -
  • Follow up onoutstanding payments and proactively communicate with customers toensure prompt payment. -
  • Assist with month-endand year-end closing processes, including preparing and analyzingreports. -
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-datefinancial records, ensuring compliance with company policies andprocedures. -
  • Assist in preparing financialstatements and financial reports for management review.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent;post-secondary education in accounting or a related field ispreferred. -
  • Proven experience in a similarrole, preferably in a billing or accounts receivable department.-
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles andpractices. -
  • Proficient in using accountingsoftware and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.-
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills,with a keen eye for detail. -
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tointeract effectively with internal and external stakeholders.-
  • Ability to work independently and managemultiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.-
  • High level of integrity and professionalism,with the ability to handle confidentialinformation.
