Job Description:

As a Cluster Sales Executive for AccorHotel, you will be responsible for consistently delivering professional, engaging, and friendly service to our clients. You will represent Fairmont values and service promises, preparing and negotiating proposals and contracts to ensure maximization of revenue income. Your duties will include determining group rates based on evaluation with support of DORM, regular follow-ups to ensure highest possible conversion, and handling negotiations to ensure revenue income. Additionally, you will conduct site inspections and entertainments to showcase the property, attend internal meetings, and provide updates on group lead status. You will also communicate with operation teams to ensure highest level of customer service, manage a set of 2025 (3rd Party) accounts, and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports. This role requires experience in luxury hotel sales (5*), excellent communication skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Previous experience in MICE is mandatory, and team player with supportive attitude is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
