  • Collect and process largedatasets using Microsoft Excel to generate reports, charts, andgraphs to present key findings - including NPV & IRR.
  • Developing an effective sale plan andcommunicating it to the appropriatestakeholder
  • Conduct primary & secondaryresearch as needed, providing vital input to projectwork.
  • Demonstrate a solid grasp of Middle Eastmacroeconomics and factors influencing development strategies andgrowth within the real estate sector.
  • Stayinformed about significant trends and developments in the regionaland global real estate landscape to offer well-informedinsights.
