**ABOUT EXCEED ECX**

Exceed ECX is having global Satellite centers (study center) with multiple stakeholders and partners. All these partners will be delivering programs as a satellite center of Exeed ECX that provides higher education through blended learning and has partnerships with other universities. We give students an accessible and adaptable educational model so they can balance their academic objectives with other personal and professional responsibilities.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with global universities and various entities for academic partnerships
- Identify new markets and opportunities for our blended learning programs with international universities.
- Active participation in product enlargement.
- Collaborate with university partners to develop and implement joint marketing and sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including university partners and franchise satellite centers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales and revenue performance.
- Develop and implement sales training programs for the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations to communicate business performance to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze data from various sources, such as marketing, sales, and operations.
- Identify and prioritize key metrics that measure the success of business initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and benchmark the performance of Exceed ECX against competitors.
- Use statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques to forecast business outcomes and inform strategic planning.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through data analysis.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Strategic planning to meet business goals
- Identify and implement relevant methods for increased business efficiency
- Crisis & Risk Management to evaluate potential threats and establishing plans to minimize them

**EXPERIENCE**
- 5-8 years of International Franchise Business Development or Sales experience in Leadership Role
- Should have worked in an environment handling international partners. Must have experience in managing profit centers internationally
- Knowledge of promoting University programs
- Should have experience of working in MENA and African market
- Should have good analysis skill as well as experience in budgeting, booking, collection as well as revenue generation

**EDUCATION**

Masters or MBA degree in International Business (preferred)
