As a Business Developer for our corporate gifts factory, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, developing customized corporate gift solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This position requires a combination of sales expertise, industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills to effectively promote our products and services to corporate clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate gifts market segment.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and objectives. Provide personalized consultation and support throughout the sales process.

Customized Solutions Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their branding, marketing, and gifting requirements. Develop tailored corporate gift solutions that align with their brand identity, budget, and objectives.

Product Presentation and Demonstration: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and samples showcasing the range and quality of our corporate gift offerings. Highlight key features, benefits, and customization options to meet client needs.

Order Management and Fulfillment: Oversee the order management process from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring timely production, quality control, and fulfillment of corporate gift orders. Coordinate with internal teams to meet client deadlines and specifications.

Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to corporate gifting. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and areas for growth.

Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor sales activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports to evaluate progress against sales targets and objectives. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.

Customer Feedback and Satisfaction: Solicit customer feedback, address inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Build long-term relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams including production, design, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless coordination and communication. Provide feedback and insights to support product development and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record (X years) in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the corporate gifts industry.
  • Strong understanding of corporate gifting trends, products, and customer preferences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport, influence decisionmakers, and close deals effectively.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Creative problemsolving skills and adaptability to changing market conditions.

Salary:
AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
