**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate gift sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and effective follow-through.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development activities.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our corporate gift solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in Business Development/Sales in the promotional gift sector, advertising, printing, and events preferred, but not essential. High potential Freshers can apply.
- A strong understanding of the market, trends, and customer preferences will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid UAE driving license with own vehicle will be an advantage.

License/Certification:
