We are currently on the lookout for an experience Sales account Manager to oversee the major accounts. Key account management includes sales, planning, managing the complete relationship between a business and its most important customers. An account manager who works in this role will engage in a variety of tasks including sales coordination, strategic planning, relationship management, negotiation, leadership and innovative development of opportunities. The tasks may include working with product design and application, logistics, sales support, and marketing. Responsibilities includes but not limiting to,
  • Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales target
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling
  • Manage and solve conflicts with clients, the Account Manager is expected to have specific information regarding daily operations of the Company and keep the Client updated.
  • Interact and coordinate with the Pre-Sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
  • Establish budgets with the client and company
  • maintain and establish new business relationships within the accounts Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
    • Degree, Diploma or Higher relevant qualification in Information Technology or related field
    • Over 5 years' experience in Information Technology Sales industry in UAE
    • Leadership, Networking, Change Management, and Interpersonal skills
    • Stress resistance, team orientation
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Time Management, Planning & Organizing
    • UAE Driving License Job Type: Full-time Experience:
      • Enterprise sales: 5 years (Preferred)
      • ICT Sales: 5 years (Preferred) License/Certification:
        • UAE Driving License (Preferred)
