Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sponsorship and Outreach Associate to join our team in Dubai. This role is critical in securing sponsorships for Endeavor and elevating our brand, playing a key role in our efforts to support high-growth entrepreneurs. The ideal candidate is a confident, charismatic,c individual with a strong marketing, communications,ons, or public relations background and a proven track record of creating and securing sponsorship agreements. Identify and approach potential sponsors, building and maintaining strong relationships with them. Develop and implement strategies for securing sponsorships for the company and future events, aligning with Endeavor's mission and values. Create compelling sponsorship packages that effectively communicate the value proposition of supporting high-impact entrepreneurship. Collaborate with internal teams to co-create and lead projects delivered to sponsors, ensuring alignment with our brand and mission. Work closely with the other relevant teams to ensure sponsorship agreements are fulfilled and sponsors are satisfied. To continually improve sponsorship strategies and thoroughly understand industry trends, the competitive landscape, and sponsorship best practices. Regular reporting on sponsorship acquisition progress, challenges, and successes to senior management. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster and maintain relationships with various external stakeholders, including corporates, sponsors, and government entities. This involves outreach, communication, and engagement activities. Oversee and manage communications, including social media, to effectively position our brand and engage with our community and potential sponsor Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of securing sponsorships. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently approach new contacts and build lasting relationships. Strong understanding of sponsorship agreements and the ability to craft tailored sponsorship packages. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present proposals effectively. A team player with a positive attitude, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams. Creative, strategic thinker with a keen eye for opportunities that align with Endeavor's mission and goals. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in managing social media and other communication platforms. Experience with event management and/or media would be ideal. Personal Attributes Confident and charismatic, able to engage and influence others. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passionate about entrepreneurship and Endeavor's mission. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. Endeavor is a values-driven organization.
