Trading geography priorities 2023 (where our customers are) are MENA region, China, South-East Asia.We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits management, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and regulations in the UAE and ideally other global/regional practices. Role Overview :The Compensation and Benefits Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs tailored to attract, retain, and motivate employees. This role will require strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives in the GCC and other regional markets that we operate in.Design and manage competitive salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits programs compliant with local regulations.Conduct market research and benchmarking specific to where D42 operates to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local legal requirements.Analyse compensation data and trends within the local markets to make recommendations for adjustments and improvements.Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to communicate and implement compensation and benefits programs effectively.Manage the annual salary review process, including budgeting, planning, and communication with managers and employees.Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks, ensuring compliance with local regulations.Ensure compliance with relevant local laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits practices. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus.Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a large organization or multinational company operating in UAE. Strong understanding of compensation principles tailored with a preference for the UAE market, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.Experience designing and implementing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.Previous experience with Mercer job levelling methodologies.Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management systems.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals. Knowledge of relevant UAE laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits practices.
