**Job description**:
Charterhouse is working with a client in the Logistics sector to assist in their hiring process for a Compensation and Benefits Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone that has experience and enjoys working in compensation and benefits who is looking to grow into a global role and bring their expertise to benefits management, working collaboratively with the Group HR Manager.

**About the Role**
Assistant to the Group HR Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders in the benefit evaluation, assist with the implementation and communication of new policy benefits as well as the delivery of compensation and benefits programmes.

This role requires someone who has the ability to analyse data and review market research to allow them to create job descriptions, whilst ensuring they are in line with company benchmarking. This role will see you working closely with the Finance Team to manage budgeting.

In addition, you will be managing compensation and benefits across the group, therefore, you must already have exposure working with multiple countries. Strong job description and evaluation skills are a must to be successful in this role.

**About you**

This role requires someone who can work on multiple projects at once and is happy to wear several different hats taking on other HR related tasks where required.
