Sales & Marketing Responsibilities :This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties and may be amended by the Company at any time.Upsell existing programmes and commercial services by account penetration.Meet and exceed annual revenue, margin, new customers, and key activity targets.Meet and exceed all agreed target mechanisms.Achieve new business goals.Assist in developing relationships with key government departments.Provide monthly activity reports as required.Build strong relations with excellent communication both internal and external.Customer focused and be able to drive a first-class service.Technical ability to understand testing and government standards.Strategic Planning:Create a long term ambitious “Objective” in synchronization with existing strengths of the business line andexisting opportunity for growth.Contribute to short- and long-term organizational planning and strategy Planning.Creating and delivering on the annual business plan for the Business LineDeciding business expansion and enhancement strategiesCustomer FocusConsistently deliver on company’s TQA Customer promiseMaintain proactive, dynamic, and effective communication with customers always.Offer and ensure quick resolution of customers’ problems to maintain a high level of customer satisfactionand repeat business.Involve/enlist the help of others to solve the problem.Business DevelopmentTap market potential and stay abreast of all opportunities.Identifying potential customers/ clients for the services of the division in co-ordination with his team.Ensure all sub business streams perform as per plans.Develop an environment with robust systems, processes and customer delight which will enable and encourage business opportunities.Achievement of planned team objective through continuous monitoring and review of the team performance and timely extension of supportContinuously work with the team for business development through ATIC sales, up-selling, and identifying new customersEducation & ExperienceA proven track background in working in the sales field, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods market.A successful and verified track record in leading a sales department to achieve its goals or alternatively be an account manager looking for their next challenge.Able to identify opportunities in sales and profits and possess knowledge on how to build a laser focused approach to achieve or exceed set sales performance targets.Skilled in data analysis and managing customers using customer relationship management (CRM) as this position involves working with a lot of data and prospects.This is a great opportunity to join a 10X company with a Build Back Ever Better strategy with a defined sales approach in building a successful business.Ability to work in a complex technical multi-business line environment.Drive performance by ensuring performance expectations is met.Sets a high-performance culture.Ability to recognise and reward strong individual and team performance.Ability to critique and improve activities through continuous improvement and innovation.Makes timely and sound decisions based on analysis of the information presented.
