Our team is dedicated to fostering strong client relationships and driving business success through personalized service and strategic support.About The Role:The Client Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused individual who can act as a liaison between the clients and our internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client management, excellent communication skills. Understanding of Google Ads is a huge plusKey Responsibilities:Responsible for exceptional client service and account management activities for 7-10 accountsIn collaboration with media buying team, drive flawless and timely project execution and high-touch client communicationsProvide oversight during program implementation, setting direction, milestone schedule, and ensuring issue resolutionSupport day-to-day client contact in executing ad hoc requests and delivering planned activities and materialsDevelop draft, contracts, presentations, creative briefs, PR and marketing materials and other internal/external communicationsEnsure client feedback is gathered, understood and addressed as appropriate across deliverables and internallyDocument status and otherwise communicate need-to-know information to all project stakeholders to ensure progression along critical pathSets meetings, provides agendas and contact reportsAbility to run client calls or meetings independently**Preferred Qualifications:**2+ years of experience as a client managerHighly organized with a mindfulness of deadlines, the ability to manage multiple tasks based on priorities and a strong attention to detailIndependent thinker confident in taking ownership of assets and material development, but a team player who enjoys collaborationProfessional presence, performs with a sense of urgency and with a client service orientationHas confidence to manage upward when required; able to communicate with managers when deadlines will not be met or when issues are foreseeableHigh energy, able to effectively operate in fast-paced, growing and evolving environmentDemonstrated strong work ethic, with a track record of following through on client requests and with high-quality deliverables on scheduleExceptional written and oral communication and presentations skillsGreat knowledge of Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets)Excellent business communication ability including informal/formal presentation and writing skills; this includes confident public speaking both internally and externally with clientsAbility to mentor junior staff and delegate accordingly in order to achieve project deadlinesAbility to communicate with managers when deadlines will not be metAbility to devise and articulate solutions to problems on an ongoing basisAbility to clearly communicate project updates, scopes and recommendations to clientsDemonstrated experience with managing client relationshipsBachelor’s Degree in Communications, marketing, business or a related field.
