With acommitment to excellence and innovation, they strive to create exceptional living andworking spaces that exceed the expectations of their clients.Job Description:Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to providecomprehensive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will play a critical role inmanaging the CEO's schedule, communications, and administrative tasks to ensure theefficient operation of the executive office.Responsibilities:Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments,meetings, and travel arrangements.Act as the primary point of contact for internal andexternal stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, on behalf of theCEO.Coordinate and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls,and correspondence for the CEO, responding or redirecting as appropriate.Prepare and organize documents, presentations, andreports for meetings and presentations attended by the CEO.Assist in drafting and proofreading emails, letters,and other communications on behalf of the CEO.Conduct research and gather information as requested bythe CEO to support decision-making and strategic planning.Attend meetings with the CEO, taking notes, andfollowing up on action items as needed.Handle confidential and sensitive information withdiscretion and professionalism.Provide general administrative support to the CEO,including managing expenses, filing, and organizing office supplies.Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactivelyidentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration,communications, or related field preferred.Proven experience as a personal assistant or executiveassistant, supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills, withthe ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities,with a professional and courteous demeanor.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitiveinformation and maintaining professional relationships.Ability to work independently and as part of a team,with a proactive and flexible approach to tasks.Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career advancement and professionaldevelopmentSupportive work environment with a focus on teamworkand collaborationOpportunity to work closely with the CEO and gainexposure to the real estate development industryIf you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for supporting seniorexecutives, we encourage you to apply by submitting your resume and cover letter
