We are seeking a Sales Applications Engineer to develop high-quality applications to increase the company’s sales. Your duties include developing applications, tracking market trends, and training the sales team on the use of the company’s applications. You should possess demonstrable experience in application engineering and be able to present ideas in the layman.ResponsibilitiesProduce detailed reports on the company’s software applications and servicesEnsure the company’s products are aligned with consumer trendsMake consultations regarding the product development with the management and sales teamsInstall, update, and maintain applicationsTrain salespeople on product usage and specificationsImprove front-end functionality by evaluating metrics on the system’s performanceSupport clients with application installations, updates, and maintenanceIncrease application functions by incorporating client feedback and complaints and relaying it to the software teamReview product specifications and develop an in-depth understanding of themPerform competitive analysis and produce reports and presentations on competitors as well as consumer behaviorIdentify technical errors with the software system and other issuesRequirementsBachelor’s in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field3+ years of technical experience in a sales environmentProficient in at least one programming language (Python, C#, etc.)Patient, friendly, and approachable personality Disclaimer: Drjobs.ae
