Established in 1982, The Digital Imaging & Office Services Solutions of Gulf Commercial Group was created to become a leading office automation solutions provider for the thriving UAE market.By embracing the printing industry’s phenomenal digital transformation over the years, ‘GCG-DDS’ developed a natural proclivity for new technologies and gained an enviable reputation for its expertise in integrating digital enterprise solutions of all kinds into their client’s businesses.Keen to take a market leadership position, GCG-DDS has made the strategic decision to expand its horizons into two focused areas of operation with each carrying a new corporate identity under the umbrella of GCG’s holding company – The Ghobash Group.Now known as GCG ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS , the company focuses on Enterprise Information Management, Digital Transformation, and Interactive Smart Solutions, and guides our clients with the most comprehensive portfolio of business information management technology in the UAEJob DescriptionResponsible for achieving allocated sales targets and market share to meet the division’s overall objectives.Responsible for creating and developing business relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction levels.Penetrating to competition accounts and sell our products.Identify Major Clients and build up relationship to sell product and solutions.Responsible for utilizing company resources efficiently to maximize profits.Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.Develop positive relationships with clients.Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needsGenerate new business using existing and potential customer networks.Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.Report on the status of accounts and transactionsSet and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.Achieve sales targets for self (if any) and the team to ensure that the division targets are achieved.Report sales forecasts and business updates to the immediate supervisor to make sure that the senior sales team is fully informed and able to take timely business decisions especially with regards to the gap between actual and projected sales.Manage and coach sales staff to ensure high performance and motivation to achieve division targets.Maintain relationships with clients by constantly being in touch with them to understand their requirements and manage their expectations.Coordinate with logistics and service department to ensure timely delivery and installation in line with the customer’s requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or relevant field from a recognised University or InstitutionAdditional InformationKnowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)Experience Requirements:Proven work experience of 5-7 years as a Senior Sales account manager or Senior Sales account executive.Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.Understanding of sales performance metrics.Attributes and Behaviours:Excellent communication and negotiation skills.An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.Adjusts quickly and effectively to changing conditions and demands.Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
