SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Job description

Skills & Responsibilities
- Ability to understand the customer requirement and suggest ample solutions inline with BCS portfolio.
- Sound knowledge about Server, Storage & Virtualization concept
- Knowledge to pitch and position UC products and Solutions
- Good at handling competition and negotiations.
- Achieving the assigned sales targets
- Should carry and maintain a strong customer database.
- Well-disciplined on CRM Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
- Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals

**Qualifications**:

- B.Tech/BE/BSc. - CS or related field
- 2-3 years' of relevant sales experience in Abu Dhabi region
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

**Experience**:

- IT sales: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- UAE Driving License (preferred)
