- Develop close working relationships with all major System Integrators in Abu Dhabi
- Ensure all products within the Rookie Ninja product portfolio are positioned with the System Integrator’s opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and track all business opportunities from initiation until closing out the project.
- Develop close working relationships will major end user accounts in Abu Dhabi.
- Work as a trusted consultant for our System Integrators to assist them develop and close projects.
- Take full ownership and manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Develop positive relationships with clients.
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks (System integrations)
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in Abu Dhabi market servicing and managing large system integrators and partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Business Communication/Computer Science
- Thorough understanding of the industry
- Microsoft Office proficiency

- Ability to grow business by building successful, long-term client relationships.
- Ability to influence and persuade our sales partners to sell our products and services.
- Strong organization skills including planning and prioritization.
- Customer service focused
- can turn a negative experience into a positive outcome using empathy, the creation of an action plan to solve the customer problem and follow through to ensure commitments are met.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

**Salary**: From AED8,000.00 per month
