Our client a IT development company based in Dubai, specializing in providing cutting-edge technology solutions to businesses across various industries.

Position Overview: As an HR Business Partner , you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving employee engagement and performance, and fostering a positive work environment. You will serve as a strategic advisor to management and a trusted resource for employees, ensuring HR initiatives support the company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning:
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Analyze workforce trends, organizational goals, and industry benchmarks to identify HR priorities and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and execute HR initiatives to support talent acquisition, retention, and development efforts.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
    • Implement onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees into the organization and promote employee engagement from day one.
  • Employee Relations and Performance Management:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
    • Conduct performance management activities, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development discussions.
  • Learning and Development:
    • Identify training and development needs across the organization and design learning initiatives to address skill gaps and promote continuous learning.
    • Facilitate training sessions and workshops on topics such as leadership development, technical skills training, and diversity and inclusion awareness.
    • Partner with managers to support employee career development and succession planning efforts.
  • HR Operations and Compliance:
    • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
    • Oversee HR administration functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
    • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification preferred.
  • Proven experience ( 3 years at least) as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist role, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
