Business Strategy Marketing – Assistant Regional Manager A Business Strategy Marketing- Assistant Regional Manager is required for a leading service organization in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible to develop business strategy for the organization and create business partnership.Purpose of Job:• This will entail supporting the regional manager to develop the business strategy for the region and managing internal and external client relationships.• The post-holder will report to the regional manager and will support the achievement of regional business targets.• The post-holder will be part of the team responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of the regional business.• This involves business development with the regional team, developing new markets and services, ensuring consistency and quality of service across the region.• The post-holder will also need to support the work of dispersed teams, building effective relationships with key internal stakeholders.• The ability to manage the needs of external and internal clients is a key component of this role.
Skills• Minimum of 5 Years' experience in marketing• Should have evidence of managing all aspects of marketing• Excellent English communication skills• Have a strong presentation & project management skills• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related field required• Proven working knowledge of the UAE education sector• Market research• Ideally have experience within some of the following sectors government, municipality, IT, consultancy services and educational sectors
