Focus on product marketing beresponsible for developing the integrated marketing strategies forproduct line and its execution continuously increase brandawareness and market share from the marketing side for the wholeMiddle East region markets.

Todevelop and implement marketing strategies for vehicle sales partsand service and promote the brand image to increase the marketshare andsales.

1.Work with GM Headquarter and develop an integrated marketingstrategy including but not limited to marketing analysisTA insightsdigital marketing AD strategy ATL and BTL PR. to effectivelyachieve brand promotion objectives and increase market share forsales aftersales department in line with their respective businessstrategies.

2. Overseas all areas ofmarketing and advertising including digital and traditionalmarketing strategy campaignmanagement.

3.Uses of costumer data and insight to drive marketing plan andactives.

4.Support sales and aftersales team in promotion and aftersalesmarketing campaign for continuously increasing market share andcustomersloyalty.

5.Collaborates with GM Headquarter and agencies on most effectivemedia mix strategy and ad placement as well as optimizing budgetsfor targeted reach and frequency of messaging for thebrand.

6.Supervises functioning of direct reports identifies training needsreviews performance of subordinates on assigned targets providesfeedback and helps them to develop theirskills.

7.Market research and intelligence and product competitionanalysis.

8.Marketing budget and support acceptancemanagement.

9.Coordinate with HQ and regional markets for implementing the HQsmarketingdirection.

10.Other tasks required by themanagement.

RequirementsBachelor degree in Marketing or any relatedfield.
Minimum of 10 yearsmarketing work experience in Automotiveindustry.
Experience indeveloping the integrated marketing strategy and itsexecution.
Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills arerequired.
Ability to work incollaboration with crossfunctionalteams.
Track record of success ingrowing a brand in the region.
Demonstrated ability to develop a strategic marketingplan.
A passion for the consumerfor brands and for seeking out and applying consumer insights thatcan build the business.
Excellentmanagement planning and organisational skills. Able to produce 612month plans in advance at correct level ofdetail.
Manages activities andpeople either directly or throughothers.
Good written and spokencommunication skills in English andArabic.

A minimum of 5 years experience in Automotive as Regional MarketingManager
